We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use platform content solely for your personal educational use. This licence does not permit redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any content.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
By submitting content to the platform — including discussion posts, feedback, or assignments — you grant Novabelu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce such content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your submitted content and represent that you have the right to submit it.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain seminars, programmes, or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed prior to purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
6.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a per-programme basis and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once access to programme content has been granted. To request a refund review, contact us at [email protected].
6.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the effective date of the price change.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
13. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Novabelu with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
